摘    要:根据空穴的正电荷屏蔽效应,库仑势1/r修正为1/rp.利用量子多体微扰理论的方法,取得二维电子气基态能的简单解析表达式,得到了基态能E和平衡半径rep,与作用参数p的依赖关系.在低密度情况下,得到的结果与数值模拟、半解析方法给出的结果一致.

Abstract:In this paper,due to the effect of positively-charged screening holes,the Coulomb potential energy 1/r is modified to be 1/rp.Using many-body quantum perturbation theory,we obtain a simple analytic representation of the ground state energy for a two-dimensional electron gas.It is found that the ground-state energy E and equilibrium radius rsep are dependent on the interaction parameter p.Our results agree with those obtained by the numerical simulations and semi-analytic methods at low density limit.
