| 摘 要： | 本文把经验电子参数首次用于致癌研究,并得到一个数学模型。应用该模型对已做生物实验的65种直链亚硝胺进行计算,符合率为97％。估计对未作动物实验的新的亚硝胺化合物致癌活性的预测有较高的准确性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, emperical electric parameters come into use of cancer resea-rch at the first and a maths model lgK = 1.2×10~(-(λ-5)/18.4) + 4.6 1g(n+1)/n+1is obtained. When the carcinogeilic activity values K of 65 straight-chain N-nitrosamines resulting from biological experiment compared with the calcula-ted values by the model, approching rate is 97%. It is estimated that the modelis going to be of the high accurate to forecast the carcinogenicity of the newN-nitrosamines. |
