摘    要:从分析核心能力与核心竞争力的关系入手,在对顾客让渡价值的基本原理进行剖析的基础上,从静态的角度出发,对企业核心能力的形成途径进行了理性探讨.此外,还提出企业核心能力的取得、保持是一个动态过程,它是一个构建、保护、更新到再保护、再更新的不断循环、螺旋上升的过程.

Abstract:Starting with the relationship of core capability and core competence, based on analyzing the basic principle of customers delivered value, this article, from the static perspective, explores approaches of forming enterprise core capability. Then it advances that acquisition and preservation of core capability are a dynamic course, which circulates repeatedly and goes up in a spiral from forming, preserving, updating to represerving and renewing.
