| 摘 要： | 推行工程量清单计价,是深化建筑工程计价改革、规范计价行为的一项重要举措。但在执行过程中受各种条件的影响,仍存在诸多问题。就工程清单计价中存在的主要问题进行了初步分析,针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | promoting the pricing based on the quantities bill is and important measure in deepening the reform of engineering construction pricing and regulating the pricing behaviors,However,because of the influence of various conditions,there are still many problems in its implementation.This paper makes analysis on the main problems existing in the pricing based on the quantities bill,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
