| 摘 要： | 针对很多党员干部模糊了市场经济原则与党性原则的关系，把市场经济的消极作用引入到工作当中，丧失了党性原则的问题，指出了市场经济条件下坚持党性原则应把握的几个问题，旨在加强和改进党的建设。
