初中课外文体俱乐部活动的实验研究

中小学生课外文体活动改革是当前学校体育的重要研究课题。我校在初中部开展了课外文体俱乐部活动的改革研究，经过对实验组学生有关身体形态、机能、素质的比较、跟踪．艺体组老师对学生所作的成长记录，学校场地器材设施的改善情况进行统计，结合面向学生、家长和指导老师的问卷调查，以及专家来校现场观摩论证，证实课外文体俱乐部活动是行之有效的，深受学生欢迎，并具有很好的推广价值。

Experimental Research on Out-of-Class Activities of Art and Sport Clubs for Junior Students

The Reform of out-of-class activities of art and sport clubs for students is a very important research topic of current school PE. Our school has been carrying on the research, comparing the state of the student's health, the function of their bodies and the students' physical quality, keeping a record of the research work by the PE teachers and art teachers and the record of the improvement of the sports facilities and making questionnaires for the students and their parents and teachers to answer. It is proved and tested by the experts that this mode is practical and popular with students and that it is worth following.
