| 摘 要： | 从成本变化的角度出发，分别对竞争与协作情况下企业流程创新的动机及影响进行了分析．得出以下结论：无论是在竞争还是协作环境下，成本的降低都会增加自身收益、降低竞争对手的收益；协作可以增加收益，但会降低企业进行流程创新的动力．

Analysis of Incentive and Impact of Process Innovation |

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of change in cost, the analysis has been made on the incentive and impact of process innovation of enterprises. It is concluded that in either competitive or cooperative environments, lowering of cost can increase an enterprise's income and reduce its competitors' income and that cooperation can increase its income but can decrease its incentive of innovation. |
