基于天然气直燃供热的合成革定型机腐蚀成因分析

摘    要:为改善合成革定型干燥机内的温度分布和提高合成革的干燥质量,重点分析天然气加热风排中滴油和腐蚀的形成机理.利用计算流体动力学中的组分输运模型和湍流模型模拟干燥机烘箱内部流场.结果发现:风排挡板转角附近有明显的漩涡,该区域的压力低于其他位置,实际生产中滴油与腐蚀主要在此处出现;添加扰流板后,定型干燥机内的温度分布更均匀,漩涡破碎,解决了滴油和腐蚀问题.因此得出结论,干燥机风排的滴油和腐蚀主要是风排挡板的不合理设置引起的.

Abstract:In order to improve the temperature distribution in the stenter dryer and quality of synthetic leather, we concentrated on the analysis of mechanism of condensation and corrosion in the wind row heated by natural gas. The species transport model and viscous model in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were applied to simulate flow field. It was found there were distinct vortices near the turn of the baffles in the wind row, and the pressure here was lower than other position. In actual production, condensation and corrosion mainly appeared here. After adding spoilers in the wind row, the temperature distribution in the stenter dryer was more uniform and the vortices were broken up, thus the condensation and corrosion problems were solved. The results show that the condensation and corrosion of the dryer were mainly caused by the unreasonable setting of the baffles.
