高锰钢冲击磨料磨损特性的研究

摘    要:本文对高锰钢在不同冲击载荷下的加工硬化规律和其磨料磨损特性作了系统的试验研究,并找出了加工硬化值与耐磨性间的对应关系,指出高锰钢以其加工硬化值大于HRC54的工况为其适宜工况。

Abstract:The work-hardening principle and the abrasive wear property of high manganese under impact load are studied systematically at MLD-10 model impact abrasive wear testing machine. The corresponding relation between the work-hardening value and the wear resistance is that the work-hardening value of high manganese steel raises and its wear resistance decreases along with the increase-ment of impact load, and there is a corresponding relation between them. The suitable work condition for high manganese steel is under high impact work with its work-hardening value more than HRC54; Low-alloy steel is suitable for work condition with its work-hardening value less than HRC45.
