复杂电路本质安全特性的PSPICE仿真评价

摘    要:论述了采用PSPICE仿真分析评价复杂电路本质安全特性的方法。通过PSPICE仿真分析软件对复杂电路在正常工作状态和各种故障状态下,流经电感和各个电阻的电流和电容电压等参数进行仿真分析,然后在一定安全系数下,与GB3836.4-83所提供的各种元件的标准最小点燃曲线相比较,以此评价电路的本质安全特性。文中以一个线性稳压电源为实例进行了说明,并讨论了非本质安全电路的改良措施。实例分析表明论述的方法是可行的。

Abstract:A PSPICE based approach to evaluate the intrinsic safe behavior of complicated circuits is put forward. The circuit is simulated both in normal working condition and in faulted condition. The currents through inductors and resistors are obtained. The voltages on capacitors are also worked out. Comparing above data with the ignition curves in GB3836. 4 - 83 under a certain safe level, the intrinsic safe behavior of the circuit is determined. A linear stable power supply is given as an example. The way to improve intrinsic safe performance is also discussed. It is shown that the proposed method is feasible.
