摩托车防抱制动控制器的研制与试验

摘    要:本文介绍实用新型专利“摩托车防抱死控制器”的研究开发过程.提出了针对路面条件通过控制器调节制动压力输出特性使车轮滑移率处于理想的范围,以实现防抱死制动的原理;根据已导出的摩托车液压盘式制动防抱死控制参数计算公式,进行了防抱死控制器的功能原理设计、结构设计、制造和性能测试.跑车试验取得了较好的效果.该控制器构思新颖、价格性能比好,适合中、低档摩托车改善提高制动性能的要求,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值.

Abstract:The research and development process of motorcycle anti lock controller is introduced in this paper. The anti lock brake principle, regulating braking pressure output properties in accordance with condition of road surface so as to control the wheel slip ratio in idea scope, is put forward. The design of controller function and structure, sample product are made on the basis of derived control parameter calculation formulas of motorcycle hydraulic anti lock brake. The better test result is acquired. The controller has new and original structure, good ratio of price and properties, especially is suitable to medium priced or low end motorcycles, and has a broad applied prospect.
