| 摘 要： | 技术创新的市场失灵为政府干预和支持企业的技术创新活动提供了理论依据。技术知识的公共性、技术创新外溢、技术创新的不确定性和风险、技术创新的信息不对称、技术创新的路径依赖与锁定是技术创新市场失灵的五种表现。政府要根据五种市场失灵有针对性地制定创新政策。

| Abstract: | Market failures of technological innovation provide the theoretical basement of government's invention and support to innovation activities of enterprises.Publicity of technology ideals,spillover of innovation,uncertainty and risk of innovation,asymmetry of information in innovation,path dependence and locked-in are five Market Failures of Technological Innovation.Governments should make policies according to these Market Failures. |
