移动通信系统中，呼叫阻塞概率是重要的性能参数之一，该参数不但受业务负荷的影响，同时也受终端移动的影响，讨论了终端移动对阻塞概率的影响并给出了考虑终端移动特征时的话务参数计算公式。为了保证切换质量，简单有效的方法就是提高切换呼叫的接入优先级。并对切换保护信道设置对呼叫阻塞功能的影响也进行了讨论。

A Method of Blocking Probability Calculation in Mobile System

In mobile communication system, one of the most important performance parameters is blocking probability. It depends on both the traffic density and the terminal mobility pattern. The corresponding mathematical formulations are elaborately deduced in this paper. In order to improve the quality of service for hand off calls, a higher access priority must be assigned to them. This paper also gives out a demonstration of the effect caused by guard channel adoption.
