| 摘 要： | 构建和谐的三峡库区,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,必须处理好人与社会的和谐发展关系。本文从制约三峡库区人与社会和谐发展的问题入手,提出了构建三峡库区人与社会和谐发展的思路。
