鮈亚科三种鱼银染核型的比较研究

本文报道了棒花鱼、铜鱼、江西的银染核型．棒花鱼２ｎ＝５０，间期核最高银染点数为４，中期分裂相中最高为３，以２个的频率最高，位于Ｓｍ组第６号染色体的短臂末端．铜鱼的银染点数为４，位于Ｓｍ组第２．８号染色短臂末端．江西的银染点数目为２，位于Ｓｍ组第３号染色体短臂上．比较三种鱼的银染核型及其进化关系，我们认为，在亚科的进化过程中银染点的数目趋于减少．

Comparative Studics on the Ag-stained Karyotypes of Three Gobioinae Species

This paper reported the Ag-stained karyotypes of Abbollina rivularis. Coreiusguichenoli, Sarcocheilichthys diangsiensis. In A.rivularis,2n = 50,the highest number of Ag-NORs ininterphase nuclus is 4.in metphase 3,(2 is more frequent),locating on the short arm ends of No.6chromosomcs(sm)).In C. guichenoli,the Ag-NORs number is 4,locating on thc short arm cnds of No2and 8 chromosomes(sm).In S. kiangsienses,the number of Ag-NORs is 2,locating on the short armends of No.3 chromosome(sm).Comparing the Ag-NoR karyotypcs and that the evolution relation ofthree fishes were concluded the number of Ag-NORs trends to decrease in the progress of Gobioninaeevolution.
