| 摘 要： | 本文剖析了城市群公共危机的复杂特性,用社会燃烧理论和熵与自组织理论分析城市群公共危机的形成机理,从公共危机的复杂性意识、危机信息系统的建设和演化仿真模型的构建三个方面,提出应对城市群公共危机的建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the complex characteristics of the public crisis of urban agglomeration,and then analyzes the formation mechanism about public crisis of urban agglomeration by employing the social combustion theory and the＂entropy and self-organization theory＂. Finally,we propose the recommendations to deal with public crisis of urban agglomeration from the perspective of complex awareness of crisis,crisis information system construction and evolution simulation model. |
