| 摘 要： | 不考虑缺货损失的条件下的供应链契约,同时引入供应商与零售商间的价格折扣和数量返回策略,建立了相应的供应链契约协调决策模型。通过模型的分析与求解,可以得出零售商在上述情况下的最优订购策略及供应商回购策略。

| Abstract: | The corresponding coordination decision models of the supply chain contract is established after the introduction of price discounts and quantity recurrences strategy between the supplier and the retailer without considering the supply chain under the condition of stock loss. Through the analysis and the solution of the model,the optimal ordering strategy and suppliers’buy-back strategy can be reached in these circumstances. |
