| Abstract: | This paper proposes a new framework of traffic flow study based on self organization theory.Then the feasibility and rationality to apply self organization theory on traffic flow study are discussed.Fractality and dissipation in traffic flow are studied preliminary.Finally,the traffic flow management control mode based on self organization theory is stated. |
