摘    要:CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷材料因具有反常的高介电常数以及优异的温度稳定性而显示出广泛的应用前景.介绍了CCTO陶瓷材料的晶体结构、制备方法、介电性能和微观介电机制,综述了CCTO陶瓷材料的介电性能改性方面的研究现状.

Abstract:CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)is believed to have a variety of potential applications due to its unusually high dielectric constant and excellent stability with temperature.This paper introduces the crystal structure,synthesis methods,dielectric properties,and the mechanism for its high dielectric constant.The current research progress in the dielectric properties of CCTO ceramics has been reviewed.
