等级数量化在评分系统中的应用分析与研究

摘    要:在评定系统中,为了减少教师或评委主观因素的影响,我们把多位老师的评分等级数量化。等级数量化,就是把多位教师或裁判员所评定的各个等级人数的百分比作为正态曲线下的面积,再以平分每块面积的Z值即中位数,作为各等级成绩的数量化分数。实践表明,此方法能较好把握学习者或参赛者对知识或技能的掌握程度。此方法还可以广泛用于其他评分方面。

Abstract:In assessment system,for reducing the influence of the teacher's subjective factor,we turn the grade point of several teachers to quantity.The grade turned to quantity,means each grade number percentage assessed by many teachers or judges is used as area under normal distribution curve.Then,the Z value that divide equally each area namely median,is regarded as each grade result of quantity.Practice proves the method can better compare learner with the control degree of the knowledge or technical ability.The method can also be used for other grade aspects extensively.
