摘    要:本文用一种新的算法解Tung的扩展改正基本方程,实现了对NJ-792型GPC仪谱带扩展效应的在线改正。实验结果表明,新算法是高效而实用的。改正时间不超过1min,谱带扩展效应的平均相对误差可以从12%降为3%左右,改正效果相当明显。

Abstract:In this paper,a new method is introduced to solve the basic equation of Tung' s correction of broadening effect of GPC chromatography, and broadening effect of NJ-792 GPC instrument is corrected with computer on line. The results show that the new-method is valid and practical. The correction takes less than one minute and the average relative errors of broadening effect decrease from 12% to apper 3%. The effect of correction is obvious.The new system of data collection is adopted and interfaced with an Rs-232 computer for communication.The users can use advanced language on microcomputer to program and do not need to understand the hardware of the system. The commands of the collection system can be controlled by programming, and automatic data collection is realized, so it is convenient for the user.
