| 摘 要： | 师资队伍的数量、结构等问题是制约地方高校可持续发展的关键,建设一支兼职教师队伍是地方高校的重要选择.本文分析了当前高校兼职教师管理面临的主要问题、兼职队伍建设的必要性,借鉴国外高校兼职教师管理及现代企业人力资源管理实践,探讨了地方高校兼职教师管理的可行性模式.
