基于K-means聚类的电信企业客户分群决策

摘    要:数据挖掘应用开发对电信企业的发展有重要意义,其中客户分群可以准确认识客户总体构成,使得服务和营销更具针对性。以常州市电信企业为例,采用K-means聚类分析技术,利用商业数据挖掘自动化软件KXEN给出了一个电信客户分群的解决方案。实践表明,该方案是有效的。

Abstract:Development of data mining application is very important for the telecommunication enterprise,which is a typical data-intensive industry.Customer segmentation can help analyze customer composition accurately and promote the quality of service and marketing.The paper proposes a resolution of customer segmentation for Changzhou telecom in Jiangsu province based on K-means clustering and the commercial automatic data mining tool KXEN.The results show that the resolution is effective and successful.
