集成电路芯片组合逻辑辨识实验系统的研制

摘    要:文章围绕数字集成电路芯片组合逻辑关系判别问题,主要探究了芯片电气属性判定方法、多输入变量的逻辑简化以及芯片逻辑关系测试。在设计过程中,首先通过实验手段提出判定芯片引脚的方法,即分辨出输入引脚、输出引脚、电源和地引脚。在此基础上,利用PIC16F877A单片机和Visual Basic软件共同完成芯片逻辑关系的测试。测试出来的真值表再经由Boolean Minimizer软件进行逻辑简化,最终得到了最简的输入输出之间的逻辑关系。实验证明系统运行快捷,辨识结果可靠。

Abstract:To uncover the combinational logical relations of integrated circuits, this paper studies on the electronic characteristics of the IC pins, the testing of the logic functions of the unknown IC,and the logic simplifying of the multiple inputs. Firstly, experiments are set up to find out a way to tell the pins' properties,namely,which are the input pins and which are the output pins,which is the VCC and which is the GND. Accordingly,a logic function testing system,built with the PIC16F877A as well as the Visual Basic,is developed to produce the true table of the unknown IC. Finally,the acquired true table was simplified by the Boolean Minimizer software to get the most simple logic function between the inputs and the outputs. Experiments show that the proposed system runs rapidly and the identification results are reliable.
