Abstract: | The development trend and unsolved problems of the high-speed valve are given briefly, and the excellent characteristics and some key technologies of the piezoelectric high-speed on/off valve are introduced. An innovative high-speed on/off valve based on piezoelectric actuators is outlined, where the performance of the high frequency and high instant force is employed to kick off the poppet. The micro displacement amplification and temperature dependence of the piezoelectric actuator are solved. Furthermore, the mathematical model of the piezoelectric high-speed on/off valve is built and related simulation results are discussed. The simulation results show that the piezoelectric high-speed on/off valve can be switched by piezoelectric actuators, and the maximal flowrate of 11 L/min, pressure of 20 MPa and frequency of 200 Hz can be gained. |
