论数字参考服务的合作博弈均衡解

摘    要:在网络环境下,数字化咨询服务业发展迅猛、竞争激烈,因而出现了合作与联盟的大趋势.根据经济博弈论的合作博弈理论,从市场供求分析入手,论证了这一发展态势,满足合作博弈中关于帕累托最优性、对称性以及可加性的三大基本公理的要求,并由此给出了其合作博弈的唯一均衡解——联盟成员在联盟中的期望贡献与期望受益(夏普利值).

Abstract:In the circumstances of the Internet, the digital reference service is developing rapidly, and the trend of cooperation and union happens. According to the cooperative game theory, the article demonstrates the situation by means of analyzing demands and supplies of the service market, meeting the needs of Pareto Optimality, symmetry and additivity. Then the paper proceeds to produce the only balanced solution: the union member's expected contribution and expected profits (Shapley value).
