龙门起重机的动态特性

摘    要:本文将质点弹簧系,有限元法及连续体模型有效地组合后建立力学模型,用数学式表示龙门起重机结构的变形曲线,采用静态凝缩法求得等效质量和等效弹簧常数,对龙门起重机的离地起升、下降、落比、小车运行及其联合动作进行了动态模似解析及动应力计算,理论与实验结果一致,首次探明了龙门起重机的动态特性及其影响因素.本研究关于龙门起重机的水平、垂直方向变位的有关系数及由此而确立的决定水平、垂直静变位的方法,可供设计者参考.另外,关于货物偏移角对结构最大应力的影响等结论,可做为国内外起重机设计规范讨论时的基础资料.

Abstract:This paper analyzes dynamic behavior and stresses in a gantry crane structure during its mo tion of take-off load hoisting/lowering and traversing or their combination us;ng a simulation model.The mass-spring model, FE Me 1hod and continuous system model are successfully combined.Ma thema tical equations fo r deflec tion curve of a crane structure are given and the eguivalent masses and spring constants are obtained through static condensation method.The theoretical aaaiylss i s in good agreement with 1he experimental results Non-dimensional coefficients with regard 1o vertical and horizontal deflections and a method of describing vertical and horizontal deflections in the static state by using those coefficients -will be useful in the design of gantry Cranes In addition the result shows that the maximun stress in a structure js sensitive to the swing angle of its load which be a si-gnifical point of discussion in the future national and in ternationaldesign standards, for gan try-type cranes
