| 摘 要： | 如何搞好课堂教学,有一个很重要的问题常被疏忽,那就是在课堂教学中如何重视、开发和利用“隐性”因素。本文针对这一问题,提出教学中重视满足学生表现欲,尊重学生的自尊心,加强师生情感沟通,重视无声语言信息,注意教师人格形象等“隐性”因素,以进一步搞好课堂教学的见解,可资借鉴。
