| 摘 要： | 通过对粘液灌装机结构工艺的改进 ,可保证气缸1与液缸的同轴度要求 ,同时也使各容器的充满率精度提高一个等级 ;通过对气缸1的气压工作原理系统图的改进 ,使罐装机具有快慢两种不同的速度进行灌装 ,通过对灌装机部密封装置的密封形式改进 ,使其达到极为可靠的密封效果

| Abstract: | the reform of the structure of visious liquid filling machine is introduced.Through the reform, the coaxial requirement of both gas cylinder and the liquid cylinder is met and the filling speed of every container is highly increased as well; The revision of the systematic arrangement of the working principle of the gas pressure in the cylinder I makes it possible for the filling machine to have two different filling speeds and the improvement of the sealing device in the filling head results in a more reliable sealing effect. |
