摘    要:研究一种危险货物仓储状态实时监测系统,实现相关环境参数采集、发送和分析,对各种危险隐患实现预警并报告监控中心. 根据危险货物的特性,运用传感技术实时采集参数,并通过现场LIN总线网络将环境参数数据汇集到具有GPRS无线传输功能的现场主模块. 现场主模块利用GPRS网络将数据无线传输到监测中心的上位机,上位机应用程序对环境参数数据进行处理、显示、存储. 监测中心值班人员通过上位机应用程序可以动态掌握危险货物的仓储环境状态,从而有效预防事故的发生.

Abstract:A real-time monitoring system of dangerous goods in storage environment is developed. The new system can collect, send and analyze the related environmental data, realize the early warning and report to the monitoring center. According to the characteristics of dangerous goods, the system uses sensing technology to achieve real-time acquisition; and aggregate environmental data to the main module with GPRS wireless transmission function on site by the LIN field bus network. The main module on site uses the GPRS network to transmit the data to the monitoring center of the host computer through by the wireless ways. The environment parameter data are processed, displayed and stored by the PC application program. With the application of the new system, the on duty staff in monitoring center can look up the dynamic data of the storage of dangerous goods in order to prevent accidents. The system is of great significance for the safeguard of dangerous goods storage security.
