摘    要:建立了葡萄酒中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄含量的高效液相色谱法测定方法.采用ODS-Cl8色谱柱,甲醇和0.02 mol/L乙酸铵的水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min,采用紫外检测器,检测波长为470 nm.该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3%(n=6),平均回收率大于95%.

Abstract:A method for the determination of tartrazine,amaranth,ponceau,and sunset yellow in wines by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.The separation was achieved on a ODS-C18 column by a gradient elution with methanol and 0.02 mol/L aqueous ammonium acetate as mobile phase.The flow speed of the mobile phase was 0.8 mL/min and the determination was conducted at 470 nm through a UV detector.The average recovery of the method of real samples was more than 95%,and the RSD was less than 3%.Therefore,the method is suitable for the experiment.
