| 摘 要： | 本文主要研究在碱水处理新方法的基础上,采用L_o(3~1)正交设计法,针对提取温度、搅拌提取时间及碱液添加量三个因子进行优选试验。通过方差分析等,确定了色素提取的量佳条件,色素有效提取率可达89％左右。

| Abstract: | The way of extracting chilli pigment has been reported at home and abroad. Based on the new nethod of trdating mith basiv solution,the best choice texts in the aspectx kr temperature,time and addotion to basic sojation have been invextigated by adoptiong the way of L9(34) orthogonal rests. By variance andlysis we got the best condition ,rhe extrction rate is 89% or so. |
