略论教师的教学自主权

摘    要:教学自主权是教师在教学中可以享受的利益和自主行使的权力.传统教育下教师教学自主权走向两个“极端”:一方面,教师的教学自主权几乎完全丧失;一方面,教师在教学中滥用“权力”的现象又十分普遍.赋予教师充分的教学自主权,这既是我国有关教育的法律、法规等制度建设的需要,也是教师专业化和新一轮课程改革的必然要求.

Abstract:The right of self-determination to teach is a power that teachers can share interests and perform by themselves in teaching. Under the traditional education, the right of self-determination to teach walks toward two ends: on one hand, the right of self-determination to teach almost dies out fully; and on the other hand, it is common that teachers abuse their power in teaching. To give teachers the right of self-determination fully is not only the demands of the construction of the law and rule of education in our country, but also the demands of teachers' specialization and the reform of the new curriculum.
