| 摘 要： | 社会契约理论主要是力图解释社会和国家来源的问题，而且对从霍布斯、洛克、卢梭的社会契约理论的发展演变的分析中，可以看出社会契约理论发展的基本目标是：人类对于理想社会价值的追求——自由与公正。
