| Abstract: | This paper states a series of measures altering from a marine three -speed electrical windlass to the windlass simulator to meet the requirement of teaching.The successful exploration has been applied on teaching practice and well effect obtained.The personnel who is responsible for teaching and training for seafarers will be provided with reference from this paper. |
