| 摘 要： | 用月桂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸分别与1，2—丙二醇、1，3—丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇进行反应，制成单酯，研究其消泡性、抑泡性与分子结构的关系。
