摘    要:成功的管理涉及到三个基本问题:即管理目标、方法手段、及管理对象。情与法是构成管理模式内在的逻辑结构和基本框架。中美管理模式的差异在于美国的管理模式强调规则、秩序和逻辑程序,中国的管理模式以“静思”习俗、“家”本位、道德准则、“重义”网络为特征,但缺乏理性,因此,纳情于理,移情于法应是中国管理模式发展的新趋势。

Abstract:The success of (corporate) management is based on three essential factors including goal, method, and target (or object of management). The basic management structure contains both perceptional and rational elements. The major difference between the American and Chinese management styles is that American management model emphasizes rules, orders, and logical and systematic procedures, while the Chinese management style focuses on relationship, network, moral standards, as well as being family-oriented. Rational element is a conspicuous lack in the latter. Therefore, a well-balanced combination of perceptional and rational elements becomes critical for the success of Chinese management model in the future.
