| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争后,中国社会经济结构发生显著的变化,西方资本主义企业大量涌入中国,作为对外开放口岸的广东首当其冲受到影响,在清末封建官僚主义和西方资本主义双重压迫下,广东近代民族资本主义企业在夹缝中求生存,顽强地发展起来并取得了成功。究其原因,善于运用技术创新、管理创新、制度创新是关键。

| Abstract: | After the Opium War,China’s social and economic structure has a significant change,western capitalist enterprises pour into China.As the foreign opening port,Guangdong bears the brunt of effect.In the later Qing Dynasty,with the feudal bureaucracy and western capitalist double oppression,Guangdong modern national capitalist enterprise strived for the survival,tenacious developed and achieved success.Being good at using the technology innovation,management innovation and system innovation is the reason. |
