| Abstract: | Starting from the reality of Shanxi's sci-tech work, this paper analyzes on the introduction and implementation of the technical prediction, technical configuration and other methods in Shanxi Province, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the self-innovation in scientific and technical area of Shanxi Province. |
