摘    要:与其抗旱性呈极显著正相关;IAPAR9有中等发达程度的根系;干旱使根系内导管面积及数目大幅降低,但严重干旱(40%田间持水量)时,IAPAR9仍能维持一定生长量,因为IAPAR9根内导管面积较大,这是其抗旱性较好的物质基础之一.

Abstract:This paper studied the roots morphology mechanism of drought resistance of IAPAR9 by method of contrast study on strong and weak drought resistant ability of varieties of common rice,hybrid rice,and upland rice.The results showed that the correlation was significant between the drought resistant ability of rice and its length,volume,and weight;IAPAR9 had a middle level of roots;both the number and area of vascular tissues in rice roots were decreased greatly under drought stress,but IAPAR9 could maintain larger growth than others while drought was serious (40% soil saturated water content) because the area of its vascular tissure was larger,which should be one of the substantial foundations for its good dronght resistant ability.
