| 摘 要： | 在对国内、外综合评价模型综述的基础上,结合井灌节水项目分析的特点,采用改进的多层次综合评价方法,在传统的层次分析方法基础上,结合灰色关联的有关理论,再将专家意见,定性、定量数据和各种信息有机结合起来,使项目分析更趋科学化.

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the comprehensive evaluation models both at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of analysis of the WISW Project,adopted is an improved multiple level comprehensive evaluation method.The present multiple level comprehensive evaluation model is,based on the conventional level analysis method,integrated with the Grey Relation Theory.It integrates organically the experts' opinions,quantitative and qualitative data and various information,so as to achieve the goal of anlysing and evaluating the analysis system scientifically. |
