| 摘 要： | 农村教育是教育的重中之重.没有农村全面"普九",没有农民素质的全面提高,就很难实现全面小康.为此,必须构建完善的农村教育体系,开发农村各种人力资源;理顺现行的管理体制,加强各项制度建设;增加经费投入,完善农村教育的有效供给,建立务实的运行机制.

| Abstract: | Rural education is the most important part of the national education. It's very difficult to achieve the goal of building a well-to-do society without the widespread practice of nine-year compulsory education in the rural areas or the comprehensive improvement of farmers' quality. Therefore, it's necessary to establish a perfect rural education system, tap various rural human resources, reinforce the construction of various systems, increase the input of funds, etc.. |
