动水条件下大流量突水巷道骨料灌注技术

摘    要:煤矿发生突水灾害后,利用独头过水巷道的有利条件,通过灌注骨料和注浆施工建造阻水墙成为最直接、最快速有效的治理方案。而在动水条件下通过灌注骨料在突水巷道内建立一定长度的“阻水段”是实现成功有效注浆的前提。本文介绍了动水条件下大流量突水巷道骨料灌注的主要工艺和方法。

Abstract:The water inrush from coal mine disaster, the use of single head over the water tunnel of the favorable conditions, through the infusion of construction aggregate and grouting the construction of water-blocking wall, the most direct and most rapid and effective governance program. Hydrodynamic conditions in the aggregate in the water burst through the perfusion the establishment of a certain length of roadway, "Water-blocked segment" is a prerequisite for a successful and effective grouting. This article describes the hydrodynamic conditions of high flow perfusion of water bursting of roadway aggregate principal techniques and methods.
