内蒙古小学教师心理健康状况的调查研究

以内蒙古自治区参加基础教育新课程培训的231名小学教师（男77名，女154名）为被试，采用心理卫生自评量表（SCL-90），调查了小学教师的心理健康状况．结果表明：在躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及总分上均显著高于全国常模；男教师在人际关系敏感、敌对因子上出现问题的比例显著高于女教师；不同学科的教师在躯体化、偏执、精神病性与总分上存在显著差异；不同学历、年龄和教龄的小学教师，在SCL-90各因子和总分上均没有显著差异；在焦虑因子上存在显著的职称差异，高级职称教师的得分显著低于中级职称教师．

A Survey of Psychological Health of Elementary School Teachers in Inner Mongolia

The psychological health status of 231 Inner Mongolian elementary school teachers(77 male,154 female)who have received a training on the new course were assessed with SCL-90.The results showed that: their total score and marks on physicalization,compulsion,anxiety,fear,rankiness and lunacy were obviously higher than those of domestic normal;proportion of having problems on allergy and hostility in male teachers was remarkably higher than that in female ones;teachers of different courses have a distinct difference on the total score and marks of physicalization,rankiness and lunacy;elementary school teachers of different academic qualification,age and teaching age have no marked difference on the factors and the total score of SCL-90;score on anxious factor of teachers with higher professional title was markedly higher than that of teachers with secondary title.
