中国京族成人皮下脂肪发育的研究

对中国京族305例（男160例，女145例）成人的6项皮褶厚度（面颊、二头肌、三头肌、肩胛下、髂前上棘、腓肠肌皮褶厚度）及体脂发育情况进行了调查研究．结果表明：1）男女同年龄组比较，女性皮褶厚度值和体脂百分含量（％）均高于男性，性别间存在极显著差异．2）男性6条曲线分布较稀疏，面部、上肢和躯干部的皮下脂肪在40-49岁组较厚，在30-39岁组较薄，下肢皮下脂肪发育情况则相反．3）女性除二头肌皮褶外，其余5条曲线分布较密集，面部皮下脂肪随年龄增长持续增厚，四肢和躯干部的皮下脂肪在40-49岁组最丰富．4）京族成人的皮褶厚度发育低于北京汉族，优于贵州布依族和宁夏回族；与达斡尔族相比，京族男性在30-49岁期间其上肢和躯干部的皮下脂肪较薄，而下肢的皮下脂肪较厚；京族女性上肢和背部皮下脂肪较薄，而腹部和下肢的皮下脂肪较丰富．

Study on the growth of subcutaneous fat of Jing adults in China

A full study of six skinfold thickness indices of Jing adults （facial skinfold, biceps skinfold, triceps skinfold, subscapular skinfold, suprailiac skinfold, calf skinfold thickness） and the growth of body fat are undertaken. The results show that： 1） When comparing male with female in the same age group, the skinfold thickness and body fat percentage of female adults are both higher than those of the male. There is an extremely remarkable statistical difference between sexes. 2） For male adults, the 6 curves in the graph are sparsely distributed. The subcutaneous facial, upper limb and abdominal fat are comparatively thicker in the age group of 40-49 and thinner in the age group of 30-39, while the growth of subcutaneous lower limb fat is just the opposite. 3） For female adults, except the curve of biceps skinfold, the other 5 curves are distributed closely. The subcutaneous facial fat continues to grow thicker with age, while the subcutaneous limb and trunk fat reaches climax in the 40-49 age group. 4） The skinfold thickness growth of Jing adults is less than that of Han adults in Beijing, but better than that of Buyi adults in Guizhou province and Hui adults in Ningxia province. Comparing Jing adults aged between 30-49 with Dauradults, subcutaneous fat of upper limbs and trunk is thinner but that of lower limbs is thicker. While female Jing adults have relatively thinner subcutaneous upper limbs and back fat but richer subcutaneous abdominal and lower limbs fat.
