| 摘 要： | 分析了甘肃省城镇体系发展现状,针对城镇体系首位度高,规模等级失衡,职能分工不明确的特点,以点-轴开发理论为主要依据,提出了构建"一心一轴两翼"的省域城镇体系空间结构,并就此提出了构建兰州都市圈,"以特大城市兰州为中心,大、中城市为骨干,小城市和县城、重点建制镇为基础,以西陇海-兰新经济带(甘肃段)为主轴,规模结构整合有序、功能定位优势互补、空间布局科学合理"的城镇发展战略,最后就省域城镇体系的构建提出了相应的对策和保障措施.

| Abstract: | After analyzing the circumstance of the urban system in Gansu province,the defects are pointed out such as its big premier city,its disequilibrium rank,its indefinite roles,etc.In order to construct a sane provincial urban system,its spatial structure is described as "one core,one axis and two wings",based on the theory of "point-axis".We suggest to construct Lanzhou as a metropolitan center,and give some advices for the scientific developing strategy of the urban system.At last,some measures are put forward for the construction of the urban system in Gansu province. |
