复合冲裁模磁吸式出件机构的设计与应用

摘    要:设计了一种新型磁吸式出件机构,与自动送料机构配合工作可提高复合冲裁模工作效率.解决了复合冲裁自动出件困难的技术问题,实现复合冲裁的完全自动化,极大地节约了成本,提高了整体效率,减轻了人力劳动强度.

Abstract:A new type of magnet-type mechanism for discharging system was designed,working together with automatic feeding system to improve the efficiency of compound blanking die.It has both solved the problem of difficult automatic discharging in the work process of compound cutting die and realized the complete automation of compound die which greatly saves cost,improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
