渗碳齿轮钢残余内应力的研究

摘    要:为了探讨残余内应力、接触疲劳强度间的关系,用化学剥层法在X射线应力仪上测定了失效前后经不同渗碳工艺处理的几种渗碳齿轮钢的残余内应力分布.测得渗碳层的残余内应力均为压应力,并且沿渗层呈现一个波峰、两个波谷的复杂分布;分析认为失效后残余内应力的释放程度与渗碳层碳的浓度梯度有关,对碳钢来说,在一定有效层深范围内(<1.0 mm)残余压应力对材料的接触疲劳强度有有益的作用.

Abstract:In order to know the relationship between the residual stress and the contact fatigue strength,the residual stress distribution of gear steel processed with different carburate-quench process before and after failure were measured.The residual stress in carburized layer is pressure stress,which appears one wave crest and two troughs in distribution along the carburized layer.The release of residual stress is related with martensite micro substructure after failure.The residual stress has benefit effects on the contact fatigue strength when the carburized deepth is smaller than 1.0 mm.
