中高压铝电解电容器用阳极箔腐蚀扩面技术研究

摘    要:隧道型腐蚀扩面技术是制造高比容中高压阳极箔的最经济、最有效的方法.中高压隧道型腐蚀的前处理中添加助剂可以使腐蚀孔分布更加均匀,从而获得高腐蚀比电容;盐酸是一次腐蚀点蚀发孔的关键成分,添加硫酸可使点蚀孔密度增加、极限长度缩短.二次腐蚀可扩大一次腐蚀生成的蚀孔孔径.

Abstract:Tunnel etching technology is economic and effective method for making high capacitance anode foil for medium/high voltage electrolytic capacitor. The method usually is three step which consist of pretreatment, firth etching and second etching. The higher capacitance maybe attained by add additive in pretreatment. Chloride acid is most importance composition in first etching step. Pit density is improved and pit limit length is shorted by add sulfuric acid. Diameter of pit tunnel can be enlarged by second etching.
