| 摘 要： | 以AC-13混合料的3种级配为研究对象,分析混合料马歇尔击实和轮碾成型工艺体积参数的相互关系.通过车辙试验分析3种级配在不同碾压次数、油石比条件下的高温稳定性能.分析结果表明:混合料沥青用量低于或等于最佳沥青用量时,碾压24次和36次成型的沥青混合料体积指标VV和VMA均小于马歇尔标准击实试验;当碾压次数增至48次,沥青混合料体积指标与马歇尔标准击实试验基本一致,可以满足压实要求;随着沥青混合料中油石比的增加,试件初始空隙率VV逐渐减少,混合料动稳定度呈现下降趋势,车辙深度增加,混合料高温抗车辙能力下降.
